Appreciation Message From The President regaring Group Builders inc.'s 25 Anniversay

Opportunity is an open door to those who percieve and focus on the positive attributes of a goal a persevere in keeping a commintment towards its attainment. Hard work is distinctively productive and realized when deemed with humble integrity and responsibility to produce the quality of work one hopes and dreams to provide and fulfill.

On this year of our 25th anniversary, while many accolades point towards the strong leadership and foundation of our company, I share this acclamation with the employees whom we consider as the family who builds our development, and our business associates whom we consider as extended family, giving us their support and strengthening our pposition in this millennium.

Enduring tough economic times envolves change, one which would allow communication, flexibility and room to grow, in order to increase the feasibility to adapt in terms of competitive quality despite escalating costs and fluctuating trends. I would like to express my personal and sincere gratitude to my long time comrade, advisor, and friend, Charles I. Cook, who constantly stands tall , believing in me, not only looking out for the good, but for the best of the company. I am grateful to the people whose volunteer in putting together our Silver Anniversary celebration and souvenir book made all these possible, in spite of very demanding work schedules and busy and personal lives. Most importantly, I would like to commend our family of employees out in the field. A plan is only as good to stay as a dream if we do not go out there and take the steps to build its reality. Your loyalty, reliability, and faithful service has kept us alive all these years, giving us this anniversary to celebrate, learning and maturing with us, consistently making us rank among the best in the construction industry.
